*Can be used as a 3rd tray for models: 1HZ 6 cylinder 4.2 Litre Diesel, 1FZFE 6 cylinder 4.5 Litre Petrol*

Custom-made for the Toyota Landcruiser 100 & 105 Series, the HDBT104 is designed and packaged for direct fitment to your vehicle, with minimal installation steps as opposed its non-vehicle-specific counterparts. To make the process even easier for you, your battery tray will come as a complete kit, with all the necessary mounting hardware (bolts, washers, additional brackets, plates, and hold-down clamps), for hassle-free, professional installation! Your new Toyota battery tray is made to last and perform, contrusted from heavy-duty 2mm dust, rust, and corrosion-resistant passivated zinc-coated steel.

Projecta are leading the industry with their superior aftermarket heavy-duty dual battery trays, which are the ultimate solution to safely, effectively, and securely mounting an auxiliary battery to a vehicle's engine bay. Engineered to fit specific vehicle types - Ford, Holden, Isuzu, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Nissan, and Toyota - the result is a battery tray that can be easily installed without having to modify the tray or part of the vehicle. However, if a tray for your specific vehicle is not available, or you're after a universal tray, Projecta have those covered, too!

FITMENT INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make sure that the vehicle is stationary, the engine is switched off and cool. Disconnect the negative battery terminal from the main battery.
2. Disconnect and remove the two computers located on wheel arch on passenger side rear of engine bay taking note of which plug goes to which computer.
3. Remove mounts for the computers (these are no longer required).
4. Secure the wiring joiners against the firewall under multi-pin connector on firewall.
5. Unbolt and relocate trailer plug fuse/relay box to inner guard using 1 x original bolt into existing threaded hole.
6. Ensure windscreen washer bottle tube is not tangled when moving computers.
7. It is the fitters responsibility to ensure there is sufficient clearance between tray, looms, fuel lines and air-con pipes.
8. Place tray into position and bolt in upper arms with 2 x M8 short bolts into existing threaded holes. The tray can be flexed slightly forward or back to aid clearance.
9. When you have found the best position, drill 3 x 6mm holes through lower mounting point and fasten with 3 x M6 bolts, body Washers and Nuts (Washers are fitted under the guard).
10. The short top support bracket (supplied) bolts in existing hole between inner and outer guard using 1 x M8 long bolt and nut.
11. Bolt vehicle computers to ABS computer mount (supplied) using original bolt hardware and reconnect wiring plugs as they were removed in point 1.
12. Bolt ABS computer mount to inner guard using 1 x M6 bolt (front) and 1 x M8 long bolt (closest to firewall).
13. Place battery into tray. Secure battery hold down clamp (supplied) with J bolts and fit Long top support mount (supplied). Failure to fit the top mount support brackets may result in your vehicles metal fatiguing and this will void your warranty.
14. Bolt the short and long support brackets (supplied) together using M6 weld bolt and nut.
15. Ensure bonnet can close without hitting the newly installed battery tray.
16. Reconnect the negative battery terminal to the main starter battery or install the desired Dual Battery System.
